I made the frist Max Ltd Edition in 2018 after my daughter, Jadie Max, was born 10 weeks early and I continued to add the single "prayer band" around the grips until she came home from the NICU 8 weeks later. In 2019, the Max Ltds returned with $1000 of the proceeds going to The CALL of Saline County. This organization supports and trains families who want to take in foster children here in my area, working to find homes for all children in need. It's a great group of people.
This year, to seperate them from 2019 Maxes, the brushes have no coin - just that classic Grizzly Cut and the Max prayer band. This will be distinct to the 2020 Max Ltd Editions. I'll find some other way to distinguish the 2021 when we get there. $30 from every Max handle, and $50 from Max every combo (brush/knot) sold in the month of February will go directly to The CALL. I'm gonna have to make A LOT of them to keep the Bay going, but I'd really like to double last year's contribution.
